How do I order?

Orders can be made online via our website www.peninsula-co.com.au

Can I place a large corporate or bulk order?

Yes. We work with you to tailor large corporate or bulk orders for every holiday or event. Please email us contact@peninsula-co.com.au to discuss your requirements.

Can I create a custom gift box?

Yes. Some gift boxes provide an option to customise certain products eg. White Wine or Red Wine. If you require a fully customised gift box please email us contact@peninsula-co.com.au with your requirements.

Can I include a personalised message in my gift box?

Yes. During checkout you will be prompted to include a gift card.
Rest assured, we know that in most cases it’s a gift, so we ensure that no prices are displayed on our products and do not include an invoice with the order.

Have you received my order?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this please email contact@peninsula-co.com.au

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Peninsula & Co delivers Australia wide, we currently do not offer international shipping.

When will my gift be delivered?

Please refer to our Delivery Policy for further information regarding delivery of your order.

Is delivery included in the price of the gift box?

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the gift box. This is a separate charge which is selected at checkout.

Can a gift box be left if the recipient isn’t home?

All deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for and evidence of age view where appropriate. If no one is home the courier will attempt to deliver the item again.

Any gift box that does not include alcohol will be left in a safe place, if this can be determined by the courier. If you do not want this to occur please state that you would like a Signature Upon Receipt at checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and payments via Paypal and Afterpay. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Custom and bulk orders can also be paid via Direct Deposit (EFT).

Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

How do I organise a refund?

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation or alterations to orders must be made 24 hours prior to dispatch.

Help. My gift has been damaged.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding what to do if a gift has been damaged through the delivery process.

Promo Codes

Promo codes can be used by entering the code on the Check Out page, the following applies:

  • Promo codes can be used at any time and must be redeemed at www.peninsula-co.com.au
  • Promo codes have an expiry date which the gift needs to be used
  • Only one code can be used per order with a limit of one use per customer, they cannot be used with another promo code
  • Promo codes cannot be used on Sale items and are not refundable for cash

Product Substitutions

Unfortunately there may be times that a certain product may be unavailable. If this is the case we reserve the right to substitute products, but guarantee that the replacement item will be of equal or greater value to the original item. If an item is out of stock that cannot be substituted, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Product Expiry

Some Peninsula & Co gift boxes include items which have an expiry date. Depending on the item this will be between 2 weeks and 12 months.

Gift Box inclusions

Photographs of some gift boxes include additional props eg. Wine glasses that are not included in the gift box. Please refer to the list of contents to confirm the gift box contents.

Alcohol

Peninsula & Co supports the responsible service of alcohol.

It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order with, or receive a delivery from Peninsula & Co.

All deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for and evidence of age view where appropriate.

Can I order 2019 Christmas Gift Boxes now?

Yes you can, we like being organised too. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and when you need your gift boxes ready by.  

Cut off dates will apply to ensure that deliveries are guaranteed by Christmas, this will be confirmed closer to the busy season.

We are an online store, but our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Orders submitted out of hours will begin processing on the next business day.
